Terms of service

By completing this form you accept to pay all valid invoices by the due date and that any discrepancies within the invoice is brought to proud aquarium's attention within 5 business days of the invoice issue date, invoices can only be sent by email.  Feedback provided by client's and the community either anonomously or not are taken into account with all future services and business runnings. 

By completing this form proud aquariums agrees to maintain correct and detailed invoices, fix any discrepancies within 5 business day and inform the client of any price changes in writing with 30 days notice. Proud aquariums will provide service as needed by the client mentioned above, if the client wishes to cancel a service they may at any time. Same day cancellations incure a 75% cancelation fee of the total invoice. 

Use of improper language and agression towards our team will not be tolerated and will result in services being terminated.

All discounts provided by proud aquariums are once off unless specified otherwise.

Please note that this agreement expires after 12 months from the start date. You do not need to have continuous services for the full 12 months.
